Dharamshala.co recently hosted a Game Development Workshop at its office in Civil Lines, attracting participants from various sectors. Despite the short notice, the event saw a great response, with attendees ranging from students to professionals eager to explore game development. Shruti, a participant from NIFT Kangra, remarked that they “never imagined learning so much in just one day” and felt “more confident to explore the field further.”
The workshop was led by Nidhi Walia, a final-year student of Dharamshala College. Nidhi guided participants through the entire process—from designing game elements to making their projects fully functional. By the end of the session, each attendee had successfully built their own small game. Another participant, R.N Rastogi shared that the workshop “provided a unique and insightful experience,” adding that “the practical approach made it easy to grasp the concepts.”
The event’s success highlighted the company’s commitment to fostering digital skills and innovation. It marked another step in Dharamshala.co’s efforts to offer practical learning experiences that empower individuals in the tech field.
