Development Logics has taken a significant step forward in promoting technology skill development and strengthening industry-academia collaboration with the launch of its new community program, Dharamshala.Co. Since March 2023, several noteworthy initiatives have been successfully undertaken, benefiting numerous students in the region.

In order to establish partnerships and offer additional opportunities, Development Logics and Government PG College Dharamshala have recently signed a MoU to foster partnerships and open new doors of opportunity. This collaboration will pave the way for internships and job prospects for BCA, MCA, and BTech (computer science) students, enhancing their professional growth.
We expanded our reach beyond colleges, hosting seminars and workshops at schools. At Govt Senior Secondary School Pathiar, 70 students eagerly participated in our recent Telecom and Skill Development event. We imparted knowledge on networking and optical fiber, enriching their learning experience
The collective efforts yielded remarkable results, with approximately 400 students actively participating in these sessions and gained motivation towards their career aspirations. A rigorous evaluation process, consisting of tests and interviews, was conducted for 200 students, resulting in 25 interns being welcomed into Development Logics. Moreover, three outstanding interns were awarded scholarships for their exceptional performance.
We extend an invitation to a larger number of students to take advantage of our mentorship program. We also invite experienced professionals to generously volunteer their time as mentors, guiding students from the region. Furthermore, we seek partnerships with technology companies interested in providing internship opportunities to the students involved in our program.
